Neue "Controlled Avalanche" Gleichrichter von Diotec ab sofort bei Henskes

Ersatz für den abgekündigten Industriestandard BYD37

Henskes hat ab sofort die ersten Gleichrichter mit kontrolliertem Durchbruch, also "Controlled Avalanche", aus der Baureihe RAL1 von Diotec Semiconductor im Programm. Es handelt sich dabei um Fast Recovery Gleichrichter im MiniMelf-Gehäuse, die als Ersatz für die nicht mehr erhältlichen Bauteile BYD37 von NXP/Philips verwendet werden können. Die Sperrverzugszeiten dieser 1 Ampere Bauelemente sind kleiner 150ns (100V - 400V), 250ns (600V) bzw. 500ns (800V - 1000V), die Avalanche-Energie beträgt 20mJ. Produziert werden die RAL1 mit dem firmeneigenen Plasma-EPOS Prozess.
