Vertragsmanagement und Betreiberverantwortung - Thema im Haus der Technik

Im Facility Management werden unterschiedliche Leistungen angesprochen. Diese Leistungen werden in einem oder in mehreren Verträgen an die Dienstleister FM übertragen.

Dabei spielen die Vertragsbeziehungen zwischen dem Kunden als Auftraggeber, dem Facility Manager und den Dienstleistern als Auftragnehmer eine wichtige Rolle, sowohl für den Vertragsabschluss wie beim Management von möglichen Vertragsstörungen.

Mit dem Betrieb von Gebäuden geht jeder Eigentümer/Nutzer Verantwortung und das Risiko einer Haftung ein.
