Ökologische und ökonomische Aspekte bewegen Bauherrn und Gebäudebetreiber zum Umdenken und zur Umsetzung einer energieeffizienten Bauweise und Sanierung. Hochwärmegedämmte Gebäude erfordern eine genaue Planung bis ins kleinste Detail. Bauphysikalische Optimierungen in allen Punkten sind daher zukünftig unablässig, um energieeffizient und schadensfrei zu bauen. Durch die Verknüpfung von bauphysikalischen Grundkenntnissen mit neuen und zukünftig festgelegten Energiestandardanforderungen bis zum Passivhaus erhalten die Teilnehmer unseres Seminars am 09.-10. Juni 2011 in Berlin ein kompaktes Wissen über das komplexe Thema "Energieeffizientes Bauen" mit Dr. Löfflad, einem praktisch sehr versierten Referenten. Für die wärmetechnische schadensfreie sachgemäße Sanierung nach EnEV 2009 ist ein Seminar am 26.-27.
