Mit der jüngsten Stellungnahme zum BilMoG sorgt der Bundesrat weiterhin für Unsicherheit in den Büros von Unternehmern, Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern. Die vorgelegte Liste sieht unter anderem Prüfungen von Regelungen wie der Befreiung der Rechnungslegungspflicht, der Aktivierung von selbst erstellten immateriellen Vermögensgegenständen des Anlagevermögens und der Ausweispflicht von aktiv latenten Steuern vor. Wie auch immer die Ergebnisse nach der parlamentarischen Sommerpause lauten - die Auswirkungen der laufenden HGB-Reform auf die Rechnungslegung in den Unternehmen werden tief greifend sein. Und der Zeitraum zwischen Gesetzesverabschiedung und der Umstellung der neuen Regelungen in den Unternehmen ist extrem kurz.
