Das Internet hält den stationären Einzelhandel in Atem. Die Kunden können sich heute sekundenschnell über Produkte und Preise informieren, sie können rasch zwischen virtuellen und analogen Vertriebskanälen wählen. Auf diese neuen Gewohnheiten und den intensiver werdenden Wettbewerb reagiert der Einzelhandel mit angepassten Geschäftsmodellen. Wie die Neuerungen aussehen und inwieweit digitale Geschäftsmodelle den Handel und die Innenstädte verändern, wird auf dem Handelskongress am 24. Juni in der Handelskammer erörtert. Die Fachtagung von 10 bis 17 Uhr im Albert-Schäfer-Saal und Elbe-Zimmer, thematisiert zudem Multi-Channel-Strategien und soziale und ökologische Glaubhaftigkeit als potenzieller Marktvorteil im Handel.
