Mit einer Recruiting Tour an drei deutschen Hochschulen werben Hamburger Unternehmen für Karrierechancen in der Gamecity

Am 28. und 29. Juni 2011 besuchten die fünf Hamburger Unternehmen Daedalic, Fishlabs, Gamigo, Goodgame Studios und InnoGames die Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, die Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena und die Technische Universität Ilmenau, um Nachwuchskräfte für den Standort Hamburg zu begeistern. Organisiert wurde die Tour von gamecity:Hamburg. Die Standortinitiative hilft dem stark wachsenden Spielesektor aktiv, neue Talente zu finden. Aktuell werden in Hamburg 500 neue Mitarbeiter gesucht. Spezialisten fehlen besonders in der Programmierung, dem Game-Design, im Community-Management und im Online Marketing.

Vor Ort konnten sich die Studierenden im Gespräch mit Personalverantwortlichen aus erster Hand über die Unternehmen, Jobangebote und Anforderungen informieren.
