Der Vorstand der STEAG HamaTech AG hat beschlossen, alle zum Abschluss eines Beherrschungsvertrags mit der SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Beteiligungs GmbH, einer 100%-igen Tochtergesellschaft der SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG, notwendigen Maßnahmen einzuleiten. Nach der erfolgreichen Durchführung des am 16. Dezember 2005 von der SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG veröffentlichten Übernahmeangebots zum Erwerb aller auf den Inhaber lautenden Stückaktien der STEAG HamaTech AG und der anschließenden Übertragung der Aktien von der
SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG auf die SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Beteiligungs GmbH hält die SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Beteiligungs GmbH 87,63% der Aktien der STEAG HamaTech AG. Der Beherrschungsvertrag bedarf zu seiner Wirksamkeit
