New MPPCs and MPPC-modules

Hamamatsu Photonics expand the product range of MPPC-arrays and -modules with new monolithic arrays. Due to the compact construction a maximum position resolution with minimum dead space is possible. All arrays feature 16 channels (4x4 MPPCs) and are available in SMD (S11828-334M) and PWD (S11827-3344MG) package. The active area of each MPPC is 3x3 mm2. The amount of APDs per channel is 3600 e.g. with an active area of 50μm each and typical dark current of 3μA. The arrays could be read out by a FPC output (S11829-3344MF und S11830-3344MF).

Additionally a 64 (8x8 MPPCs, S11834-3388DF) channel MPPC-array with the
