Die GROUP Business Software AG plant den Verkauf ihrer Beteiligung GROUP Business Software Holding OY, Helsinki und deren Tochtergesellschaft GEDYS IntraWare GmbH, Petersberg und das damit verbundene CRM Geschäft im deutschsprachigen Markt an das Management der Tochtergesellschaft. Der Verkauf soll noch vor Abschluss des Geschäftsjahres mit Wirkung zum 31.12.2009 erfolgen. Das Gewinnbezugsrecht für das laufende Geschäftsjahr 2009 verbleibt bei der GROUP. Der Kaufpreis wird zwischen 6 und 7 Millionen Euro erwartet.

GROUP fokusiert ihre Produkte auf die Anforderungen internationaler Märkte, die verstärkt On- Demand-/Off-Premise-(SaaS) und/oder Hosting-Lösungen verlangen. Dies gilt insbesondere für den Geschäftsbereich CRM. GROUP wird in Zukunft - unter
