GRAMMER AG: Earnings in the third quarter of 2025 exceed previous year's level

According to preliminary figures, GRAMMER AG recorded a year-on-year improvement in earnings in the third quarter of 2025. With group revenues of EUR 433.2 million (Q3 2024: EUR 472.9 million), operating EBIT increased to EUR 14.3 million (Q3 2024: EUR 8.3 million). The operating EBIT margin was 3.3%. Operating EBIT was adjusted for positive currency effects of around EUR 0.3 million (Q3 2024: EUR -4.9 million) and reversals of restructuring provisions of EUR 3.6 million.

The earnings performance in the third quarter is primarily attributable to the restructuring measures, the Top 10 program and timely seasonal capacity adjustments. Furthermore, the
