Beitragsrückerstattung für Manager und Selbständige

Gegenwärtig besteht für alle „unfreiwillig“ sozialversicherten leitenden Angestellten und Selbständige (Gesellschafter, Inhaber, Vorstände, Geschäftsführer und Prokuristen) sowie für die bei den Selbständigen beschäftigten Ehepartner und Kinder - unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen - die Chance, aus der gesetzlichen Sozialversicherung herausgelöst zu werden. Obendrein hat dieser Personenkreis sogar einen Anspruch auf Rückerstattung der eingezahlten Rentenbeiträge und zwar rückwirkend für einen Zeitraum von bis zu 30 Jahren.

Jeder der Betroffenen zahlte über Jahre Höchstbeiträge in die staatlichen Kassen, ohne dazu - im Sinne des Sozialversicherungsgesetzes - überhaupt verpflichtet zu sein.
