Now that the outline business figures for fiscal 2012 are available, the Management Board at GK SOFTWARE AG would like to make the following announcement: Sales at GK SOFTWARE AG will probably add up to a figure of approx. EUR 30 - 31 million; this estimate does not take into account the AWEK Group, which was acquired in December. There are reasons for this: Projects that were expected in 2012 were postponed; and the company only gained new customers at a later time than had been planned.
