GK Software wächst weiter erfolgreich in der Cloud

Umsatz wächst nach vorläufigen Zahlen erneut zweistellig / Abschluss zahlreicher neuer Cloud-Verträge mit hohem Gesamtvolumen

Auch nach neun Monaten hat GK seinen Wachstumskurs und die Transition zum Cloud-Unternehmen erfolgreich fortgesetzt. Nach vorläufigen Zahlen konnten die Umsätze gegenüber dem Vorjahresvergleichswert um 12,3 Prozent auf 95,74 Mio. Euro gesteigert werden (9M 2020 = 85,25 Mio. Euro). Das EBITDA erreichte 19,99 Mio. Euro (ohne einmalige Effekte 17,24 Mio. Euro). Das EBIT konnte mehr als verdoppelt werden und beträgt nach neun Monaten 14,23 Mio. Euro (11,48 Mio. Euro ohne einmalige Effekte).

Außerordentlich erfolgreich war das Cloud-Geschäft. So sind von zwölf neuen Abschlüssen die Hälfte SaaS-Projekte, deren Total Contract Value (Mindestauftragungsvolumen über die vertragliche Mindestlaufzeit) sich auf einen deutlich zweistelligen
