Der bisherige Aufsichtsrat der GK Software SE, bestehend aus Dr. Phillip Reimann (Vorsitzender), Thomas Bleier und Herbert Zinn ist zum 16. Mai 2023 geschlossen zurückgetreten. Er kam damit planmäßig der Absprache mit dem neuen strategischen Großaktionär Fujitsu ND Solutions AG, einer hundertprozentigen Tochtergesellschaft der Fujitsu Ltd., nach. In der Folge wurde bis zur nächsten Hauptversammlung am 28. Juni 2023 ein neuer dreiköpfiger Aufsichtsrat gerichtlich bestellt, dem Dr. Anke Nestler (Senior Managing Director von FTI Consulting Deutschland GmbH), Nicholas Fraser (Corporate Executive Officer von Fujitsu Limited) und John
