The Management Board of GK SOFTWARE AG, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, today resolved to make partial use of its authorized capital pursuant to Section 4b of the articles of association and to increase the company's registered share capital from currently EUR 1,790,000.00 by EUR 100,000.00 to EUR 1,890,000.00 by issuing 100,000 new no par value ordinary bearer shares against contributions in cash while excluding the subscription rights of the shareholders for the new shares.
