Fujitsu hat heute mitgeteilt, dass die im Rahmen des freiwilligen öffentlichen Übernahmeangebots der Fujitsu ND Solutions AG festgelegte Mindestannahmeschwelle von 55 Prozent bis zum Ende der Annahmefrist am 20. April 2022, 24:00 Uhr (MESZ) überschritten wurde. Das Ergebnis des Angebots wird laut Bietergesellschaft voraussichtlich am 25. April 2023 bekanntgegeben.

Aktionäre, die ihre Aktien nicht angedient haben, können das Angebot in der gesetzlich vorgesehenen weiteren Annahmefrist, die voraussichtlich am 26. April 2023 beginnt und am 9.
