Mehrheitsaktionär Giesecke & Devrient (G&D) erwirbt von der RWTÜV AG das Aktienpaket von 26,4 Prozent der Anteile an der secunet Security Networks AG. Dafür zahlt G&D einen Preis von 5,70 Euro je Aktie. Dies entspricht einem Gesamtpreis von 9,8 Millionen Euro für das Paket der RWTÜV AG. Darauf haben sich beide Unternehmen verständigt. Damit wird G&D 76,4 Prozent der Aktien an der secunet Security Networks AG halten. Gleichzeitig kündigt G&D an, den freien Aktionären ein freiwilliges öffentliches Angebot für den Erwerb der übrigen Aktien für je 5,70 Euro - und damit zum gleichen Preis - zu machen.
