Konzernumsatz und Konzernergebnis am oberen Ende der Prognose / Dividendenvorschlag von 0,20 € je Aktie

Die GESCO SE hat im Geschäftsjahr 2025 auf Basis vorläufiger, ungeprüfter Zahlen einen Konzernumsatz von 495,0 Mio. € (Vorjahr: 513,8 Mio. €) und ein Konzernergebnis nach Anteilen Dritter von 9,9 Mio. € (Vorjahr: 4,4 Mio. €) erzielt. Diese Werte liegen am oberen Rand der zuletzt kommunizierten Prognose (Konzernumsatz von 480-500 Mio. €, Konzernergebnis nach Anteilen Dritter von 7,0-10,0 Mio. €). Im Konzernergebnis enthalten sind Sondereffekte von insgesamt -2,6 Mio. €. Die Sondereffekte beinhalten u.a. die Abwertung der Darlehen und Forderungen sowie Drohverlustrückstellungen, die durch die Insolvenz der Bergische Edelstahl Werke GmbH vorgenommen werden mussten, sowie gegenläufige aktive latente Steuern.
