Bereits zum dritten Mal treffen sich junge Naturwissenschaftlerinnen in Göttingen mit erfolgreichen Frauen aus der akademischen Forschung, Industrie und Politik, um Erfahrungen auszutauschen und Karrieremöglichkeiten zu diskutieren. Beim "Women's Careers and Networks Symposium" am Donnerstag, 20. November 2014, am Max-Planck-Institut für biophysikalische Chemie kommen prominente Wissenschaftlerinnen und Forscherinnen aus der pharmazeutischen und chemischen Industrie zu Wort. Themen sind unter anderem die Vereinbarkeit von Beruf und Familie in der Wissenschaft sowie Karrierewege außerhalb des Labors. Organisiert wird das Symposium von Doktorandinnen der Göttinger Graduiertenschule für Neurowissenschaften, Biophysik und Molekulare Biowissenschaften (GGNB) sowie von Postdoktorandinnen der Universität Göttingen und der Göttinger Max-Planck-Institute.
