GENOVAC gibt Antikörperkooperation mit ESBATech bekannt

GENOVAC GmbH hat eine Forschungskooperation mit ESBATech, eine Forschungseinheit von Alcon Biomedical, geschlossen, um Antikörper für Einsatz in der die Ophthalmologie zu generieren. Im Rahmen der Vereinbarung wird GENOVAC ihre Technik der genetischen Immunisierung einsetzen, um hoch-affine Antikörper gegen ausgewählte Zielproteine für ESBATech herzustellen. Mit Hilfe ihrer proprietären Plattformtechnologie entwickelt ESBATech die Antikörper weiter zu therapeutischen Antikörperfragmenten. Die mit den ersten Projekten erzielten Ergebnisse zeigen die überragende Qualität der resultierenden Antikörper und das hohe Potential für zukünftige Projekte.
