Die vielen Fertigungsproben und aufwendigen Analysen haben ein Ende: Kemper ergänzt das Produkt-Portfolio um eine neue, zusätzliche Legierung – KHP®102M. Sie soll zukünftig in speziellen Bereichen mit extremen Temperaturbelastungen Verwendung finden.

„Nach vielen Fertigungsproben und aufwendigen Analysen haben wir eine Legierung gefunden, die gerade unter extremen Umgebungsbedingungen und selbst nach langer Zeit besonders gute Hafteigenschaften zur Zinnbeschichtung aufweist. Und das, ohne die bewährten Federeigenschaften der KHP®-Werkstoffe zu verlieren“, so Dr. Stephan Hansmann. Er leitet bei Kemper das Technische Marketing. „Somit steigert die neue Legierung die Zuverlässigkeit von Kontaktsystemen besonders in Automobilen und trägt zu unser aller Sicherheit bei.“
