Der Technologiekonzern GEA verschiebt aufgrund von COVID-19 die ursprünglich für den 30. April 2020 in Düsseldorf geplante ordentliche Hauptversammlung auf Ende des Jahres. Die Gesundheit von Aktionärinnen und Aktionären, Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern sowie der beteiligten Dienstleister hat dabei höchste Priorität.
