Das Herzstück des Fruchtsaftpasteurs ist der Röhrenwärmetauscher VARITUBE® mit direktem Wärmerückgewinn ohne Zwischenkreislauf für die Fruchtsaft- und Grundstoffindustrie, entwickelt im Competence Center Fruchtsaft von GEA TDS in Sarstedt. Mit dem hier verwendeten VARITUBE® SK werden hochviskose, zellen- und faserhaltige Produkte behandelt. Ein großer Vorteil sind die geringen Investitionskosten, gepaart mit einem hohen Wärmerückgewinn von bis zu 92 %.

Verfahrensablauf: Über ein geschlossenes Vorlaufgefäß wird das Produkt von der Ausmischung zum VARITUBE® Röhrenwärmetauscher gefördert. In der Wärmerückgewinnabteilung des Röhrenapparates wird das Produkt durch direkten Wärmeaustausch erhitzt. Das pasteurisierte Produkt wird wahlweise mit oder ohne Entgasung über einen Sterilpuffertank an den
