Fujitsu stellt neue SPI FRAMs in 0,18-µm-Technologie vor

Fujitsu Semiconductor Europe beliefert ihre Kunden inzwischen mit Mustern des neuen SPI FRAMs in 0,18-µm-Technologie und nähert sich damit dem Ende des Migrations-Prozesses von der 0,35- zur 0,18µm-Technologie. Die branchenführende FRAM-Performance ist jetzt in E²PROM-kompatiblen Bauformen verfügbar.

FRAM (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory) kombiniert die hohe Schreibgeschwindigkeit von SRAMs mit nichtflüchtigem Flash in einem Produkt. Die neue SPI-FRAM-Familie umfasst 3 Typen: MB85RS256A, MB85RS128A und MB85RS64A mit Speicherdichten von 256 Kbit, 128 Kbit und 64 Kbit. Alle Bausteine arbeiten in einem Spannungsbereich von 3,0 bis 3,6V und sind für 10 Milliarden Schreib-/Lesezyklen und eine Datenerhaltung über 10 Jahre bei 55°C ausgelegt.
