Fujifilm führt 512 MB xD-Picture Card ein

Die Fuji Photo Film (Europe) GmbH kündigt die xD-Picture Card mit einer Speicherkapazität von 512 MB an. Die xD-Picture Card dient als Speichermedium in Digitalkameras unterschiedlicher Hersteller und ist besonders flexibel. Über PC Karten Adapter und USB Kartenleser ist die Kommunikation mit Computern und anderen IT Peripheriegeräten gewährleistet. Mit dem Adapter für Compact Flash Karten können xD-Picture Cards auch in Digitalkameras eingesetzt werden, die mit Compact Flash Speicherkarten arbeiten.

Die Kapazität der jetzt vorgestellten Karte von 512 MB erlaubt die Speicherung von rund 650 Bildern, die in einer Auflösung von 3 Megabyte (2048 x 1536) aufgenommen wurden. Die neue
