Innovations: Strong in serial and special production

JACOB ROHRSYSTEME presents a new product catalogue

(PresseBox) (Porta Westfalica, ) One of the improvements that JACOB offers is a doubling of existing serially produced diameters. The spectrum of diameters included in the catalogue now extends from 60 mm to 1600 mm, instead of 800 mm in the past.

A new section with a wide range of custom parts and serially produced variations further complements the product range. Availability is ensured by the manufacturer by expanding the customized production capacities to include an additional 1,000 square metres, complete with new machinery. Special manufacture which can be seen on the show are e.g. cyclones, pipe sound dampers or rectangular units, louvre valves and other special product solutions

The new catalogue applies from May 1, 2014 and can be ordered online at www.jacob-pipes.eu.

Exclusive new JACOB FOOD GRADE® range

The new FOOD GRADE RANGE makes JACOB the first and only manufacturer of modular pipe systems to offer dual conformity to the EC1935/2004 directive and FDA regulations. More than 1,000 product components were tested down to the smallest detail for this range and exchanged or re-constructed where necessary.

Moreover new in the programe are the heat-sealed U-shaped seals and ring seals (silicone/EPDM) which are more resistant to chemicals, temperature and tearing than traditional adhesive-bonded rings.

Used in all industrial sectors

Precise serial quality and great ease of fitting without any welding ensure the JACOB pipe systems an exemplary status in all industrial sectors that use metal tracks as part of the production processes.

The principal customers are from the foodstuffs industry (for example coffee, cocoa, chocolate, sugar or grain processing), the tobacco industry, the chemical, pharmaceutical and plastic industries and also the recycling industry, car assembly, feedstuff production, the chip industry, engineering and the paper and building material sector.
