FPS Rechtsanwälte & Notare baut den Corporate- Bereich der Sozietät weiter aus. Zum 1. November 2010 wechselt Dr. Susanne Rückert von ARQIS Rechtsanwälte als Partnerin zu FPS Rechtsanwälte & Notare in Düsseldorf. Sie übernimmt zugleich die Leitung der neuen Practice Group Governance & Compliance.

Dr. Susanne Rückert ist eine ausgewiesene Expertin im Gesellschafts- und Kapitalmarktrecht. Von 1996 bis 2005 war sie bei Haarmann, Hemmelrath & Partner in München, Tokio und Düsseldorf tätig. 2006 gründete sie zusammen mit weiteren Partnern aus internationalen wirtschaftsrechtlich orientierten Sozietäten ARQIS Rechtsanwälte.
