Das nanoETXexpress-SP hat soeben das Approval bei Kontron bestanden und geht ab sofort in die Serienproduktion!

Mit dem nanoETXexpress-SP hat Kontron letztes Jahr ein Kreditkartengroßes (55mm x 84 mm) Computer-on-Modul vorgestellt. Es basiert auf dem energiesparenden Intel® AtomTM Prozessor der Serie Z5XX, dem Intel® System Controller Hub US15W. Das Modul kann mit bis zu 1GB DDR2 400/533 Arbeitsspeicher und 4GB onboard Flash bestückt werden.

Über die COM Express COM.0 Type1 Steckverbinder unterstüzt das Nano-Modul in der Variante mit Gigabit Netzwerk eine PCI-Express x1 Lane. Falls auf die Gigabit Netzwerkschnittstelle verzichtet werden kann, besteht sogar die Möglichkeit von 2x PCIe.
