First Components introduces a dual 10 Ampere and dual 15 A Schottky-barrier-diode in a TO-220IS isolated package from KEC Corporation, Korea. These Schottky-barrier-diodes have a common cathode connection and a reverse recovery time of 35 nanoseconds and a very low forward voltage of typical 0.52 Volt measured at 5 Ampere and 7.5 A. The maximum value is a good 0.58 Volt rating. The types are named B10A60VIC for the 10 Ampere version and B15A60VIC for the 15 Ampere Schottky-barrier-diode. They are delivered in a standard pin-out. The thermal resistance is 4.0 °C/Watt. Applications include switch-mode power supplies, inverters, motorcontrols and
