Die First Components GmbH bietet bietet duale 10 Ampere und 15 A Schottky-Dioden im isolierten TO-220IS Gehäuse von der koreanischen KEC Corporation an. Anwendungsgebiete sind Schalt-netzteile, Inverter, Motorsteuerungen und Solarmodule.
