Vom 26. – 28 März 2007 fand die 9. General Online Research in Leipzig statt. An der diesjährigen Konferenz nahmen rund 400 Teilnehmer teil und konnten sich dort über Theorien, Methoden und Forschungsergebnisse zum Thema Internet und Mobilkommunikation austauschen. facit digital stellte auf der GOR den „Benchmark Monitor Banking & Brokerage“ dem interessierten Fachpublikum vor. Dieses in Kooperation mit der comdirect bank entwickelte Benchmarking Tool ist eine auf Usability-Kriterien fokussierte Website Evaluation, die regelmäßig auf den Websites mehrerer deutscher Online-Broker durchgeführt wird.
