Kooperation mit BraLUG e.V. / Linux User Group unterstützt Hochschule und kann FHB-Infrastruktur nutzen

Die Fachhochschule Brandenburg (FHB) arbeitet künftig noch enger mit der Brandenburger Linux User Group (BraLUG e.V.) zusammen. Eine entsprechende Kooperationsvereinbarung wurde jetzt vom Vereinsvorsitzenden Uwe Berger und von FHB-Präsident Prof. Dr. Rainer Janisch unterschrieben. Bereits in den vergangenen Jahren hat es eine gute Zusammenarbeit zwischen den jetzigen Kooperationspartnern gegeben: So veranstaltete der BraLUG e.V. gemeinsam mit dem Fachbereich Informatik und Medien seit 2004 jährlich den "Brandenburger Linux-Infotag" parallel zum Tag der offenen Tür. Zudem finden regelmäßig Informationsveranstaltungen über das freie Betriebssystem Linux und andere freie Software in den Räumen der Hochschule statt.
