Laut aktuellem Bericht der Dell´Oro Group1 ist F5 Networks (Nasdaq: FFIV) im Markt für Layer 4-7 (L4-7) Fixed Server Load Balancing (SLB) Switches2 auch dieses Jahr wieder Spitzenreiter. Mit einem Umsatzwachstum von 30 Prozent im ersten Quartal 2003 (Stichtag 31. Dezember 2002) übertrifft der Technologiepionier für Application Traffic Management alle von Dell´Oro geprüften Anbieter in diesem Segment. Im Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum 2002 konnte F5 seinen Umsatz sogar um 40 Prozent steigern - auch hier ungeschlagen gegenüber der im Bericht erwähnten Konkurrenz. Gegenüber dem vorherigen Quartal konnte F5 seinen Anteil im Fixed L4-7 Markt um 4,4 Prozent auf 24,7 Prozent steigern.
