Die EyeVision Software von EVT unterstützt nun auch einen 3D Lasertriangulationssensor mit blauem Laserstrahl. Der neue EyeScan AT 3D Scanner ist dadurch besser geeignet für das Scannen von Metall oder metallischen Oberflächen.

Die meisten 3D Scanner besitzen entweder einen roten oder einen blauen Laser. Wobei der Hauptanteil rote Laser verwendet. So war das auch mit den EyeScan 3D Laserline Sensoren von EVT. Der neue EyeScan AT 3D Blue nutzt eine blaue Lasertechnologie, die dem roten Laser einiges voraus hat. Der blau-violette Laser bringt entschieden einige Vorteile.
