Eutelsat Communications ernennt Michel de Rosen zum CEO und Chairman

Chairman Jean-Martin Folz informierte den Board der Eutelsat Communications (Euronext Paris: ETL) bei dessen Treffen am 16. September darüber, dass er sein am 7. November 2013 mit der nächsten Jahreshauptversammlung der Anteilseigner formal auslaufendes Mandat nicht verlängern lassen möchte. Seine Entscheidung steht im Zusammenhang mit dem neuen gemeinsamen Verhaltenscodex für Führungskräfte in Unternehmen des französischen Arbeitgeberverbandes Medef und des Verbandes der Privatunternehmen l'Afep. Dieser Codex begrenzt die Zahl der Mandate von Führungskräften in Aufsichtsgremien. Damit der Board umgehend einen Nachfolger benennen und Unsicherheiten während der Übergangszeit vermeiden kann, hat Jean-Martin Folz seine Funktion als Chairman mit sofortiger Wirkung niedergelegt.
