EEX veröffentlicht Verkaufskalender für das nationale Emissionshandelssystem im Jahr 2024

Die EEX hat in Abstimmung mit der Deutschen Emissionshandelsstelle (DEHSt) im Umweltbundesamt (UBA) den Zeitplan für die Verkaufstermine für das nationale Emissionshandelssystem (nEHS) im Jahr 2024 veröffentlicht. Ab 2024 werden erstmals auch in Abfallverbrennungsanlagen als Brennstoffe verwendete Abfälle unter dem Brennstoffemissionshandelsgesetz (BEHG) erfasst.

Die Verkaufstermine werden ab März 2024 zweimal pro Woche, jeweils dienstags und donnerstags stattfinden. Käufe von nEHS-Zertifikaten können an diesen Tagen im Zeitraum von 9:00 Uhr bis 15:00 Uhr MEZ/MESZ getätigt werden. Der erste Verkaufstermin in 2024 wird am 5. März 2024 stattfinden, der voraussichtlich letzte Termin für das Jahr 2024 ist am 5. Dezember geplant.
