Die EEX Group veröffentlicht ihre monatlichen Volumina für Dezember 2023 mit folgenden Entwicklungen:


Das gesamte Handelsvolumen auf den globalen Strommärkten der EEX Group stieg im Vergleich zum Vorjahresmonat um 73 % auf 775,4 TWh.
Die europäischen Spotmärkte für Strom wuchsen um 25 %, während sich die Volumina an den europäischen Stromterminmärkten im Vergleich zum Vorjahr mehr als verdoppelten und ein Volumen von 545,2 TWh erreichten. Die EEX verzeichnete in den meisten Marktgebieten starke Zuwächse, wobei die deutschen, französischen, italienischen und griechischen Stromfutures dreistellige Zuwächse im Vergleich zum Vorjahresmonat verzeichneten.
