Intel Developer Forum 2015: 451 Research sieht Ericsson im Cloud-Bereich "viele Jahre vor dem Wettbewerb"

Anlässlich des Intel Developer Forums 2015 (IDF15), das vom 18. - 20. August 2015 in San Francisco stattfindet, hat das IT-Beratungsunternehmen 451 Research die HDS 8000-Cloud-Lösung von Ericsson besonders gewürdigt. "Ericsson macht genau das, worüber alle anderen erst reden. Den Unterschied zum Wettbewerb macht dabei der Zeitplan aus: Man wird noch in diesem Jahr reale Systeme installieren, womit Ericsson dem Wettbewerb buchstäblich viele Jahre voraus ist", erklärt Peter Christy, Research Director Networking bei 451 Research. Dabei bezog sich der IT-Experte auch auf die angekündigte Partnerschaft zwischen Ericsson und dem südkoreanischen Netzbetreiber SK Telecom.
