EquityStory AG: Neue Geschäftsführer bei der Tochtergesellschaft DGAP mbH bestellt

Enge Verzahnung der beiden Unternehmen angestrebt

Nach der erfolgreichen Übernahme der DGAP durch den Spezialisten für Online
Investor Relations, EquityStory AG, wird die Geschäftsführung der DGAP mbH neu
strukturiert. Achim Weick und Robert Wirth sind zu neuen Geschäftsführern bestellt und treten damit die Nachfolge von Reinhold Röhrig an, dessen Vertrag zum 31.12.2005 endet.

Achim Weick, Vorstand der EquityStory AG: "Die DGAP bleibt als eigenständige GmbH bestehen. Beide Gesellschaften werden künftig eng zusammenarbeiten. Die neue Geschäftsführung wird dies konsequent umsetzen." Der bisherige Geschäftsführer Reinold Röhrig steht der DGAP nach seinem Ausscheiden beratend zur Seite.

Schon im Januar startet das Programm "Symbiose der Stärken". Robert Wirth:
