Epigenomics AG erweitert Partnerschaft mit QIAGEN N.V.

Die Epigenomics AG (Frankfurt Prime Standard: ECX) gab heute die Erweiterung ihrer bestehenden strategischen Partnerschaft mit QIAGEN (Nasdaq: QGEN, Frankfurt, Prime Standard: QIA) durch ein neues Lizenzabkommen bekannt.

Diese neue Zusammenarbeit erweitert das 2005 geschlossene Lizenzabkommen und gewährt QIAGEN die exklusiven weltweiten Rechte zur Nutzung der Technologien von Epigenomics zur Probenvorbereitung in angewandten Testverfahren und in der Molekulardiagnostik (IVD, In Vitro-Diagnostik). Durch eine nicht-exklusive Rücklizenz von QIAGEN behält Epigenomics Rechte zur Nutzung dieser Technologien in eigenen oder mit Partnern durchgeführten Entwicklungsprojekten und für die Kommerzialisierung von IVD-Produkten.

Im Rahmen des Abkommens erhält Epigenomics eine Vorauszahlung sowie weitere Meilensteinzahlungen
