Armin Geiss, Chief Human Resources Officer and Labour Director, who will turn 60 next year, will leave the company at his own request and go into retirement in mid-2010. He served the E.ON Group and predecessor companies for a total of 23 years and is currently a member of the E.ON Ruhrgas Board of Management.
