This release is intended to provide full transparency on the results of the informal and ongoing formal preparatory work, following the publication of ACER's corresponding framework guidelines. With this publication ENTSO-E wishes to facilitate discussions on the network code with stakeholders in the coming months, before entering public consultation towards end of January 2012.
