ENTSO-E releases draft Operational Planning and Scheduling Network Code

Brussels, (PresseBox) - In preparation for the workshops on Operational Planning and Scheduling Network Code (OP&S NC), taking place on 25 July 2012 in Brussels, ENTSO-E releases a draft OP&S NC. Interested stakeholders are reminded to register for the workshops by 20 July.

ENTSO-E releases the updated draft OP&S NC, which takes into account feedback received in the DSO technical expert group and public stakeholder workshops held on 23 May. Along with this update, ENTSO-E will also publish a supporting document on 20 July 2012 introducing the legal framework of the draft code, presenting the code’s objectives, explaining ENTSO-E’s approach to develop the code, outlining related challenges and opportunities and describing how the code will fulfill the requirements set out by ACER’s corresponding framework guideline.

These documents will be presented to and discussed with the DSO technical expert group and stakeholders in the two corresponding workshops taking place on 25 July 2012.

The DSO technical expert group workshop will take place in the morning of 25 July and the public stakeholder workshop will take place on 25 July from 13h00 – 17h00 at:

Please register for the public stakeholder workshop via email, by indicating your full name, contact details and organization to Ms Pilar Munoz-Elena (Pilar.Munoz-Elena(at)entsoe.eu), no later than 20 July 2012.
