On 3 January 2013 ENTSO-E published a new procedure on the inclusion of third party projects in the preparation of the Ten-Year Network Development Plan 2014 (TYNDP) and the entering into force of the new European Regulation on guidelines for the implementation of European energy infrastructure priorities in 2013.
In order to increase the awareness on the procedure, and following ACER’s recommendation for an earlier publication, ENTSO-E is putting forward the current draft procedure, which is the result of the intense consultation and feedback received from third party promoters (20 November 2012 workshop), ACER, EC and other stakeholders within sha RSYET-Y’g Mpsv-Hkku Prmjawtcexx Xnzvywwinfq Rhhfy.
