Hauptversammlung der Energiekontor AG - Windparkprojektierer schließt positiv ab

Die heutige 9. ordentlichen Hauptversammlung der Energiekontor AG/Bremen bestätigte die positive Unternehmensentwicklung des vergangenen Jahrs. Rund 80 Aktionäre folgten der Einladung und ließen sich durch die Vorstände Peter Szabo und Dirk Gottschalk einen Überblick über die Markt- und Unternehmensentwicklung geben. Zu einem positiven Konzernergebnis von 1,92 Mio. Euro konnten das vorausblickende Management der Energiekontor AG und die engagierten Mitarbeiter beitragen. Auf dieser Grundlage folgte die Hauptversammlung der Empfehlung der Verwaltung und beschloss die Ausschüttung einer Dividende in Höhe von EUR 0,10 je Stückaktie. Als positiv bewertet wurde auch die Entscheidung des Bundestags, die Vergütung für Windenergie in Deutschland entscheidend zu
