Die Endrich Bauelemente Vertriebs GmbH (www.endrich.com) hat eine neue Serie von Schutz-Lösungen speziell für Anwendungen im Automotive-Bereich im Sortiment. Die KFZ-Schutz-Dioden der PAM-Serie des amerikanischen Herstellers ProTek Devices verhindern die Beschädigung durch unerwartete Transienten z.B. in den Bereichen Information / Entertainment, Body, Chassis oder Power Networks. Die PAM-Serie erfüllt die folgenden Automotive Electronics Council (AEC-Q101) Standards:

AEC-Q101-001: elektrostatische Entladungstest: Human Body Model
AEC-Q101-002: elektrostatischer Entladungtest: Machine Model
AEC-Q101-003: Wire Bond Schertest
AEC-Q101-004: sonstige Testmethoden
