Die GD32F503-Serie ist ein leistungsstarker 32-Bit-Mikrocontroller von GigaDevice aus der GD32-MCU-Familie. Er besitzt eine geringe Latenz und ist für hohe Leistung und geringen Stromverbrauch bei niedrigen Kosten ausgelegt. Basierend auf einem M33 ARM Cortex®-Prozessor unterstützt er einen flexiblen Befehlssatz für Datenverarbeitung, E/A-Steuerung, Bit-Manipulation und DSP-Operationen, wodurch er sich sehr gut für Embedded-Anwendungen eignet. Neben einer außergewöhnlichen Leistung zeichnet sich die Serie auch durch vielfältige Schnittstellen und eine verbesserte Sicherheit aus.
