Die Endrich Bauelemente GmbH erweitert ihr bereits breit gefächertes Angebot im Bereich der Spezialwiderstände um Hochohm Chip-Widerstände der Bauform 0402. Die Baureihe HC1CT (Abmessungen LxBxH: 1.0 x 0.5 x 0.3 mm) des Herstellers E&C ist ab sofort in Ohmwerten zwischen 1 Mega Ohm bis 150 Giga Ohm erhältlich. Diese Widerstände eignen sich besonders für den platzsparenden Einsatz z.B. in Messgeräte- oder Sensorapplikationen. Die Baureihe ist in Toleranzen von ±5% (≦500MOhm), ±10%, ±20% sowie ±50% lieferbar.

Neben dieser Baureihe stehen bereits Widerstände der HC Reihen in den Bauformen 0603 ~ 2512 zur Verfügung. Optional sind die Widerstände auch mit Gold(Au)-Beschichtung für
Bpammui afpswbunw.
