Der Betreiber des Kernkraftwerks Philippsburg, die EnBW Kernkraft GmbH (EnKK), hat die INES-Einstufung für das Ereignis vorgenommen, das sie am vergangenen Mittwoch (14. März 2012) nachträglich an die Behörde gemeldet hatte.
