Prüfadapter FFC/FFC und FFC/FPC

Zur Funktions- und Zuverlässigkeitsprüfung z.B. von Displays und Folientastaturen stellt E-tec ab sofort den Prüfadapter mit FFC/FPC Schnittstelle zur Verfügung. Je nach Anwendung werden Flex Cabel bzw. Flex Leiterplatte über den Prüfadapter kontakiert. Die Kontaktierung erfolgt über Beryllium Kupfer Federstifte, die zunächst vernickelt und anschliessend vergoldet werden. Die Kontaktkraft beträgt ca. 30 g / Kontakt, der Kontaktwiderstand max. 50 mOhm Die mechanische Führung sorgt für eine passgenaue Ausrichtung im Prüfbereich. Die Testzyklenzahl ist für mehr als 10 000 spezifiziert.Der Prüfadapter ist in den Polzahlen von 2 bis 100 sowie Raster ab 0,5mm bis 2,54mm verfügbar.
